Itsme signing failing

Question

I'm a new user to Adobe Sign. In Belgium we have an app called Itsme where you can sign documents legitly. Adobe Sign has the possibility to digitally sign with itsme. However the signing process is broken. I get a 404 when I try to sign with itsme.

Will this be solved? Or did I do something wrong?

Try to check if the option for Itsme is enabled in the Acrobat Sign settings.

Please let us know if you are trying to sign the document sent to you for signature.

It would be helpful if you could share the step-by-step workflow you do for a better understanding.
