Kanji is not recognized when exporting as Japanese

This is a problem when exporting from PDF to Word or Excel with Export PDF service.

When OCR processing is done, only Kanji is missing.
It seems to have occurred recently.

Here is the result of actual conversion.



I confirmed it to occur in the same way as I confirmed it based on the post of Japan Forum.
