Question

Last person signed, but document not being sent back to me

Hi,

I have sent a document to 2 people to sign ( I am not signing). The first one signed and it was passed on to the next person automatically ( I was notified) . The next/last person signed, but the document is not being sent on to me. ( AT the end I should receive the document back) .

What can he do? He clicked on "next" but nothing happened. There is no "Submit" button.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

The user seems to have not completed the workflow to sign the document.

Ensure that after the user has added the signature, he clicks on the blue button for Click on Sign to complete the workflow.
