Mandatory Reviewer/ Approver before signatory

Question

I need to do a set up that will make an user a default approver (not signer) before the actual signatory.

User 1 (signatory)

User 2 (approver)

User 2 (approver) should always approve any and every document before the User 1 (signatory) as a default. This shoudl follow all workflows involving the User 1 (signatory). How can we set this up?

Thank you for reaching out.

You can add user 2 as the first recipient and assign the recipient role as approver. Then, add user 1 as the second recipient and assign the role as signer. Please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3EB2v9m.
