Manually input the receipts

I have a question on generating the agreement.

In production for few opportunities we get these below recipients automatically pulled from the opportunity but for few opportunities and also in the sandbox for all agreements to be sent we have to manually input the receipts. Please let us know if there is anything we need to do to have the same setup as production.
