Mega Sign - Batch recipients with Common Secondary Signer

Hi there -

I would like to send out an agreement via Mega Sign, but the agreement should be sent to several hundred people for the "Signer 1" role and then the same person for the "Signer 2" role. For example:
Person 1 signs agreement, then CEO signs their agreement
Person 2 signs agreement, then CEO signs their agreement
Person 3 signs agreement, then CEO signs their agreement

etc.

Can Mega Sign be set up to allow for multiple signers?

    Hi Philip,

    Though MegaSign does not allow for multiple signers, we have recently developed a new feature - GigaSign that allows for you to send documents in bulk with a second signer (that can be the same person).

      Hello, is there any news on Giga Sign?

      I need to send 400 forms to 400 people, and have them all counter-signed by 400 different people. 

      As an example:

      Form 1 is sent to Person 1A to be signed, then needs to be countersigned by Person 1B.

      Form 1 is sent to Person 2A to be signed then needs to be countersigned by Person 2B. 

      etc... 400 times. 

      Is that possible via Mega Sign? If not, is Giga Sign up and running? How can I access it?

          I thinking of moving my 1 year basic service to business for mega sign feature, but i need to have 2 roles on the forms.

          is there a way to ensure i can use this feature.

          When you say that "I need 2 roles", are you referring to the roles assign to the receiver of the form?
