Microsoft Teams Approvals with Adobe Sign content is blocked

Hello,

We have been using Microsoft Teams Approvals with Adobe Sign, but recently it has stopped working. I can see all my Adobe Sign activity in Teams, but if I click "Needs action" and then "Review,"  I get a message that says "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

 

The Adobe Acrobat Sign Teams app works fine, so I don't think it's a licensing issue.

    Since when did the issue start occurring?

    Did you use any troubleshooting?

    We getting the same error on two tenants:

     

    Refused to frame 'https://na1.documents.adobe.com/' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-src https://*.adobesign.com https://*.echosign.com https://*.docusign.com https://*.docusign.net https://approvals.teams.microsoft.com".

    We're having exactly the same issue in my org, everything works in Adobe Sign but we need it to work in Approvals. Have you had any luck resolve this issue?

    No. It still isn't working.
