Multiple commenting on pdf. documents
Does anyone know how to make below workflow possible while working with pdf. doc?:
- Multiple users to look at pdf document and suggest changes where required by commenting anywhere on the document
- Notification sent out to users associated with the documents informing of activity on the document, for instance: "Such and such made changes / comments on such and such document”
- Ability to automate document flow
- Ability to track who’s currently working on the document, or at least the chronology of changes made to the document
- Process flow to allow some kind of shared access space to store documents (SharePoint integration?), but:
* will only allow access to and visibility of a specific document, not the whole library
* will have to be accessible to users from outside of organization as well as employees
- Once agreed on final version, document would be moved to Adobe Sign for signature collection
