multiple contacts on an e-sign but only need one signature

I have the following scenario. I need to send the document to get signed but only need one of the people on the email to sign the others just to view. 

It is asking me to select a recipient to assign a field but if I do not assign the other 2 on the email to a field does that mean that they can just view the email?
