Multiple signatures different day

we have a training log that needs to be initialed each time training is accomplished.  Is there a way to have a runnin g document that we can send out each time the person completes training and they can initial the new line but the old signatures are still there?  Check out the docuement.

After checking the document, I understand that you wish that you need to keep the document rotating between the sender and the trainee till the training ends.

You may try the Adobe Sign's Workflow feature. For more information, please refer to the following help document:
