Hi there -
I need to send a document for signature by approximately 12 different people. So far as I can tell, the document will be sent to one person at a time, and will not go on to the next person on the list unless it is executed by the person who has it. This can obviously slow the process down (e.g. if someone is on vacation), or stop it entirely (e.g. if any one of the people in the stream for signature decides not to sign digitally but "just print and mail it to you") so it doesn't get to the next signatory in the list.
Do I need to just send digitally to each person one at a time for signature to prevent this problem? Can you advise?
Thanks in advance -
Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth!
The default workflow is a sequential process, rolling from one recipient to the next just as you have described.
However, at the top of the Recipient list is a switch that will change the process from sequential (Complete in Order) to parallel (Complete in Any Order):
That said, the full list of recipients would need to complete their signature for this transaction to be completed.
If you have a concern that some people just wont sign, then sending 12 individual transactions is probably better.
