Multiple Templates Dynamics 365 on Premise

I have an enquiry for you. We have two types of subcontracts one for minor works and other for major ones, major has more fields to be signed. I have two questions here

1. How can I create a copy of the current template in Adobe Sign portal

1. How can I associate the template to be used by Adobe Sign from the agreement created in CRM? I do not see an option which allows me to select the right template to use.

Any clue or ideas will be welcome.
