I am trying to install the adobe bundle to my netsuite sandbox, but am receiving an error after going through the oauth process. Photo of failure message below:

URL it redirects me to when cicking the "log in with adobe sign": https://secure.na1.adobesign.com/public/oauth/v2?client_id=APIYRU3A5YC59&response_type=code&redirect...

I have confirmed that my account is an admin account so it should have the rights.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi magnificent_build44831,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

We have checked that you have an Acrobat Sign individual service plan with multiple features. However, the integration feature is only available with the Acrobat Sign Enterprise plan, so you get the error message.

For more information on Acrobat Sign integration, refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3DkxpC8

You may check the feature available with Acrobat Sign plans on the following help page: https://adobe.ly/43bZbvl.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
