Please help - new adobe sign update making US clients who sign my forms type in dates as DD/MM/YYYY, instead of US format (MM/DD/YYYY). Why did it suddenly start doing this?

Hi Matthew32738106xbcn,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know how you are adding form fields to the document. Did you change the workflow you used to create the PDF form? Or has the behavior changed recently?

Did you check the format selected for the date fields?

Share more screenshots or the screen recording of how the PDF form was created.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi thanks for your response.

All I did was update the app, and it set my default date format to DD/MM/YYYY. At my job we use MM/DD/YYYY. I figured out how to change the date format individually now, but I'm trying to find a way to default date format so I don't forget to make format MM/DD/YYYY before sending out agreements.

This is the default option.

Thank you!
