NEW FORMAT DOES NOT SEEM TO SAVE EMAILS FROM PREVIOUS DOCUMENTS SENT ANY SUGGESTIONS

In the new format trying to send a document to sign but I always have to revert to the old format to bring up the previous emails even if I have sent them in the new format?

It does not seem to remember the new emails added am I doing something wrong?

Hello Cathy,

With the new send page, the option to auto populate email addresses has been removed. You can switch to old Send page by clicking Switch to old Send on top right.

Rijul,

Top right of what?  Dashboard?  Sign page?  I am not seeing this anywhere and really hate having to retype email addresses for every document, especially when we're paying for this service.

Hi Memory,

We are developing the new Address book(along with auto-complete) for the new Sign page and that should be available to everybody soon.

Till then, you can ask our support team to disable the new send page for you by emailing them @ support@echosign.com
