No customer support for Adobe Sign

Does anyone know how to reach a person at Adobe who can assist with an Adobe Sign team account? I have spend an incredibly frustrating morning attempting to get technical support for what seems to be a simple problem to no avail. I even called the corporate office of Adobe and was told that NO ONEe there could take any phone calls for either support or for me to voice a concern/complaint.

    I need help finding  child support in Illinois
