No longer have admin account and therefore CANNOT SIGN DOCS

I was given a temporary administrative account which has since been taken away because I didnt need admin permissions.  However, now I'm in a position where i cannot view and/or sign documents for approval.  The "Review and Sign" link takes me to the log in page, but since my account is deactivated I cannot view or sign.
