No "DIGITAL SIGNATURE" field

Hi Community,

Our client has a issue, and I have no idea to solve it.

In this Adobe Sign tutorial (https://helpx.adobe.com/hu/sign/using/digital-signatures.html) he see this image. As you see, the image contains a special, "Digital Signature" block.

However, if he want to create a new signing process, hi can't find this menu. 

Maybe this menu button is EOL, because the client has both Sign and Acrobat subscriptions, but this function is not appear neither in the web interface nor in the DC software...
