Hello,

I AM trying to use Acrobat sign and when i send and agreement with a single page PDF, i receive an email saying that i have exceeded the 100 page limit and my agreement status is set as canceled. However, if i Change this file to a word or txt file i am able to receive and sign the agreement successfully.

Why does this happen ONLY on PDF files?

Hello,

Just an update from this discussion:

When we are dealing with uploading a pdf file as a transient document, in the API request it is needed to add the MIME Type as "application/pdf".

This solved the issue!

Regards,

João
