I sent a document to be signed by multiple employees, it is currently pending a signature from an employee that is no longer employed. How can I skip this signer and move to the next signer?

Hi Sarahl,
Sorry for the delay in response.
There is no direct method to skip the signer and move the form to next signer.
You will need to send the form again.
However, there is a workaround that you can use.
Please follow the steps mentioned below:
-Open your Adobe Sign account and go to Manage tab.
-Then click on "Out for signature" to view the documents sent for signature.
-Click on that particular document and go to Preview window at right.
-First, download the document and save it on your system.

-First, download the document and save it on your system.
(To download, click on the PDF option at top right. The document will open in a different window and there you will get an option to download the file.)
- Once the document is saved, again go to Manage > Out for signature. Click on the file so it opens in the preview window at right.
-Now click on History tab.
- There you will see a message stating "waiting for" and an option to "Upload the document" in blue just below that message.
- Click on upload the document.
- Then enter the message and browse the location where you have saved the signed document in the previous step.
- Once you click on Upload tab at the bottom, the form will be sent to next signer automatically.
You can check the same by going again to Manage > Out for signature > History.
I hope this information helps.
