Phone Support for Adobe Sign?

Is there no phone support for Adobe Sign? I'm not seeing or hearing options for it...am I missing something?

Hi,

Please follow below mention steps to contact support:

1- Login to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

2- Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

3- It will re-direct you to the page where you get an option to contact support via phone or chat.

*Note: Technical support is reserved for Customers who have an active Adobe Sign Subscription

I am having the same looping problem and am not able to get to a page that allows me to phone or chat with a live support person. Why is this so difficult?

I have an Adobe Sign subscription, and currently that question mark icon takes me to a sign in page, then loops me back to my dashboard page -- endless loop. Very frustrating experience.

I've had numerous problems... but right now this issue of how to actually contact support persists.

It's really not seriously to not provide phone support for product with $15 payments per month. I cannot find even chat or email support....  I have a problem with sending and cannot solve with no support.
