Pre-sign a document

New Here ,
Apr 11, 2019 Apr 11, 2019

This is probably obvious, but I can't find an answer anywhere.

What I want to achieve is quite straight forward (I believe) and is laid out below:

  1. I want to pre-fill a few fields (this bit is working)
  2. Then I want my signature added along with date
  3. Finally, I want the document to go to the customer so they can fill a couple of fields and sign the document

I just can't get this to work. It comes to me for signing but when I click on the link in the email, it takes me to the document in my Document Cloud but there is no way to sign it, it just seems be a preview page.

Please assist as it's driving me crazy trying to get it to work!

Thanks!

Hi Luke,

Thank you for your time just now.

Good to hear that this issue has now been resolved.

As a recap, please ensure to either log out of your existing Adobe Sign Account or use a separate browser or incognito window when sending the contract to another one of your email addresses to eSign. Otherwise, you will still be logged into your original Adobe Sign account and can therefore not eSign the agreement on behalf of your other email address.

I'll close this case for now as resolved,
