I have an urgent problem to solve to save and print a form I have completed.  I have an echosign account, all options to save, print, convert to word etc. fail to operate.

Hi,

There aren't any specific steps or settings for saving or printing a document.

To save it just single click on the agreement under the Manage page, and click the "PDF" button towards the top of the page. This will open the document in your default PDF viewing application where you can save it to your local system.

Once it is saved, I would try printing it from there. Having it saved to your system may make a difference.

Unfortunately, printing issues are difficult to troubleshoot since it deals with your local hardware and your local system.
