Problems completing document signing

Presento problemas al Firmar los documentos con firma digital. El proceso funciona normalmente; puedo ver el documento, descargar para firmar con Certificado digital, muestra los certificados cargados, y firma el documento, pero al momento de que vuelva a cargar de forma automática a Adobe Sign el proceso ya no responde y Acrobat Reader queda colgado. Estoy utilizando SafeNet eToken 5110 FIPS. Favor sus comentarios. Desde ya gracias.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

 

As you have mentioned above the Acrobat Reader DC hangs when the document reloads to Adobe Sign after adding a signature. Does this issue occurs often with all the documents? If yes, please share the Acrobat Reader DC and OS version on the machine.

 

Please try once the repair the application installation and ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. In Acrobat Reader DC, go to Help > Repair Installation (only in Windows) or Check for updates. Also, reboot the machine once.

Hi, the problem occurs with all types of documents, but only with a specific type of signature. This signature is done with a FIPS SafeNet eToken 5110 certificate.
