Problems enabling signer to fill in a section

I am writing a coaching agreement form.

 

I have set the

Client Name:

Client Signature:

Date:

 

All to signer but still when I test this and email to myself (a second email account) the only field the client is able to wirte in is signature but this needs to change the client needs to write their own name and date.

 

Please help what am I doing wrong.
