Question about being a form filler

Hi, I was assigned as the form filler (participant 2) but when I opened the document there's no fields for me to fill in, so I clicked "start" and it just directly submitted the form without letting me edit anything on it.

When we set up the document, we left serveral fields open to "Anyone" so I guess those should be something I can fill out?

Any advice for that? Thanks!
