Hi everyone,

A user of us is currently experiencing the issue that when he wants to send documents for signature, he gets the following error. I've checked his license and he is working with an active Adobe Acrobat Pro DC license. It started a few days suddenly for him.

Do you have any idea what could cause the issue mentioned above?

Thank you in advance

I am also seeing the same issue for several users that just started with new licenses.

Hi Walter,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Adding to the MagentaSA suggestion.

There can be various reasons due to which the error occurred. However, we will be able to comment after checking the account information.

Would you mind sharing the user's email address via private message so we can locate the user's account information? You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon provided at the top right corner of this community page.

Thanks,

As they are using the individual version of Adobe Sign within Acrobat Pro DC they may have exceeded their annual transaction limit of 150 transactions per user per annum as per the information on the following Adobe Help Page
