Re: change sender name

I have the same issue. Need to change from:

'My Name' Has Sent You 'Document Title' to Sign

to just reference our company name instead.

'Company Name' Has Sent You 'Document Title' to Sign

Please send me the instructions. Thanks.

    Hi Yongchen,

    When you send a document for signature, it uses the name added in the account profile.

    I have checked your account, you are using the Adobe Sign enterprise account.

    As you need to change the name on the email received by the signer, you will need to replace your name under the profile with the Company name.

    In the Adobe Sign, click on your name at the right-hand side of the screen and select "My Profile".

    There you will get the option to "Edit Profile" to change the name on the account and "Change email address" to update the email address.

    If you are using an Adobe ID to sign-in to the Adobe Sign account, then please refer to the steps mentioned in the following help link to make changes.

    I try to edit my profile, but it would not allow me to change the first name or last name.

    Please make sure you are changing the profile name in the Adobe Account, not in Adobe Sign.

    If you are still not able to change the name, let us know what exactly happens when you try to change the profile name.
