I am experiencing this issues while trying to request bulk signatures of about 10 pages.

Please ensure that you are not exceeding the transaction limits. 

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with a particular file? Share the screenshot of the error message you receive and the file you are using to send for signature.

Try sending documents individually to one user. Let us know how it goes.
