Recipient has signed but the activity is not registered

Hi there,

I have sent a document to be signed to two people. After the first person has filled it in, it will go to the next. The first has now signed (she sent me a screenshot of her signature and the date filled in) but the second person hasn't received anything. I can also see on the document status that it doesn't look as if the first person has signed. It only registers that she has viewed it. Any ideas what might be happening? Thanks.
