Request for e-signature not working

Please check if you can send the document for signature using the Acrobat Online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/). Take help with the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/send-for-signature.html#classic. 

Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. Check if you can access the files under the Agreements on the desktop application.

Please confirm if you are using the same email address for Acrobat that is used to sign in here on the community board. 

If you get any error message, share the screenshot.
