Request Signature option missing in Adobe DC Pro

I have tried reinstalling adobe from the web portal which didn't fix the issue. I tried to lookout for I registy keys under \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\DC\FatureLockDown\cServices but there is no cServices key in registry. I have changed the language preferences to Same as OS, which also didn't help. 

 

Any guidance is appreciated.

    I have just reinstalled it, there wasn't any option during installation.

    what version of acrobat are you trying to install?

     

    what is your os/version?
