Requesting E-signature unable to connect to the server?

Hello, I need help with the "Requesting E-Signature" feature. I use this feature daily, I have not been able to use since the new layout took place last week. I receive this message and can't move past this.

How do you disable the experience?


1) log in to acrobat (acrobat.adobe.com)
2) click on the very Top Right corner profile icon to get a dropdown.
3) on the dropdown click on settings
4) this should open up a popover settings menu
5) There is a heading "E-signing settings"
UNCHECK the box that says "Request e-signatures [] Use the latest version of Request e-signatures
