I have a rental document that I am trying to get e-signatures on. I get through the editing process and attempt to Review & Send. When I hit send i get this message after the blue circular indicator stops spinning after about five seconds.
File upload failed
We were not able to successfully establish any connection with the server. Kindly save your agreement as a draft and try again later. Error code 400
Can anyone guide me?

Me also. I sent one item, and immediately after prepared another, and getting a 400 error. Tried restarting computer, compressing the file, renaming the file. Not working.

This is generally a browser issue, not the application. Please try to clear the cache and cookies of the browser. Try to use an alternate browser and check if you still receive the error message. Try to use it in an in-private window.

Good to know.
I was using the desktop app. I found a reply on another thread that advised logging into the adobe site through Chrome. I then used the E-sign link and it was done through chrome. Good work around.

As Mariahweyne mentioned, it can be a browser issue. Please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Try opening the account using the new incognito window on the browser or an alternate browser to check if you get the same results.
If the issue persists, check if the problem occurs while sending a particular document. If yes, check if the document is locally or on some shared network drive.
Also, confirm if the issue started recently after making changes. It will help us understand the reasons that might cause this issue,
Please share the screen recording, as it will help us investigate the root cause of this behavior further.

I think that Adobe needs to address this issue. This is one of the reasons why I license Adobe for my use. I think I should be able to send the document out directly from anywhere. Right now I am stuck having to open up the web version, transfer the file to the web, and send the document out from there. I usually forget I have to do this, and end up filling out the forms twice, once offline and then online. If Adobe doesnt suggest a means to resolve this beyond, clearing the cache and cookies, I do not think that I will renew. Looks like dropbox has a pretty good signature app.

I have the same "400 error" issue on Adobe sign, using the Adobe desktop, Chrome, Brave or Edge browsers.
No further explanation...
Can some from client service contact me? The chat tells me customer care is only available 9AM to 5PM CET ....
What can you do when it's urgent... ?
