Second signer sig replaces first signers signature throughout too. How to fix?

Both spouse's signature are required on tax form but as soon as hubby signs after me, it changes all signatures on the Adobe sign form to his.  I have tried everything to get it to take both signatures but it just replaces all with the next one. I am exasperated.  What can I do to fix?  Thanks!!
