Send a private document to one signatory when multiple signatories are included

Question

In our organisation we send a "contract cover sheet" to our signatory which has risk information about what they are signing. Is there a way of sending this to a signatory privately when we are sending out a contract to multiple parties? We have been copying and pasting the information in to the private message function however this can make it difficult to read.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

If you are sending a "contract cover sheet" for a particular recipient when sending it to multiple parties, you may use the feature "Limited Document Visibility" in Acrobat Sign.

We have checked that you use the Acrobat Sign enterprise service level plan. The feature may not be enabled in the account; in that case, you will need to ask the organization's Acrobat Sign account administrator to enable it for you.
