I need to send a quiz to multiple recipients. I need them to fill it out, sign it, then send it back.

Is there away to do this with esign?

Hello Cory,

The template options are provided in paid account. You can inbox me your registered email address so that I can check your account type. Also, as per your workflow, we do have a feature known as MegaSign in which you can send same document to multiple signers and have them individually sign the document. This feature is available in business level accounts.

If your form is always the same, then I would recommend to use Library template. Below is the documentation for same:

This is useful, but a couple things. I'm missing the template options, do I need a higher tier account? (business)

Also, I will need to send the same form to multiple people, at least 100 at the same time. Is there a way to send this to multiple recipients at the same time, so that they each have their own copy of the form to fill out?

(currently, if I include additional recipients, they all have the same form, everything is filled out and can't be changed.) I am sending a quiz, each recipient must input their own answers.
