We used to be able to select multiple document templates and send them all at the same time to one recipient who would then open and sign them all and then all would be sent back in one document.
With the latest update this is no longer possible, we get an error that says "multiple e-sign templates cannot be sent for e-signatures. Please select one"
I am wondering why this feature was removed and if there's any way to get it back.
We have multiple templates saved in our library and pick and choose which different combination of templates need to be sent to each client. It is much more efficient to send them all as one package as we previously could.

Hello,
Can we get an update on the status of this feature?
Even if we combine the documents and add the fields EACH TIME we need to send one out, it is incredibly inefficient and frustrating as most of these documents require multiple pages of fields to be inserted. Mine? At least 200+ text fields, dates, signatures, checkboxes, buttons, and data fields needed altogether.
Please fix this!

Annnnd I tried it again just now and it only worked once. It's back to the new format now. URG!!!!!

It's even more broken than before. Now it won't even let me attached other (non-template) documents to the template. It goes straight into the "add an email" interface. Completely non-usable with templates -- which are sort of the point -- unless your template is entirely complete by itself.

clicking off "use new version" in settings worked! i have paid for pro for years. I think it said can't do for new agreements.

Unselect "Use the latest version..."

OMG that works! But how long will this work? I have been trying to chat with an agent for 20 minutes with no response. This is insane. We pay A LOT of money for this service!!

Greed. I'm guessing they're trying to get people to buy the business version (at a much higher price) by removing features. It looks like they've already removed the latest version checkbox at least from my settings.

Now that the Business version roll-out has occured any Teams accounts are in the same boat, we were just delayed a couple months getting this terrible "upgrade". This update is such a waste of time!
I am still trying to find an updated reply to the original poster on this issue. For now I was able to follow TimAck's suggestion to turn off the latest version but I don't suspect this option will last for long with how mnay people didn't have it as an option already!
Adobe, please respond with some sort of update for everyone to confirm that you are going to make this right!
