Hello
we have a similar situation , we would like to setup an esign but send the url via internal email.
We also would like to attach document along with actual document to be signed , for some reason esign wants to merge these documents together .
Please let me know if this is possible , This is my personal adobe ID but I will ask my business users to open a case with support if needed

By "Send the URL via internal email" do you mean to create a signable web form that you can embed on your website or send a link so that multiple people can access the form?
If yes, you need to subscribe to the business service and use create Widgets options provided. Subscription plans for eSign services | Adobe Document Cloud
For the second query, it is not possible to attach a document along with the actual document.
