Signature Box and send with personal email

I'm trying to add a signature box to a pdf, save and then send from my personal email account for an internal signature within our organization.  Our auditing and IT process will not allow us to have these sent through Adobe and it's tracking. I have tried adding a signature box, saving and then sending via my email however the signature box does not save.  How do I do this?
