Signature line involuntarily moving

New Here ,
Jul 29, 2025 Jul 29, 2025

Hello all. I create templates that get sent out to clients for them to sign certain documents. Recently, the documents' signature lines are randomly moved to a different section of the forms, instead of the lines on each form where the boxes were placed when the template was created. How can I stop this from happening? Why is it happening?

Hello. I've attached a pdf of one of the pages in a template where the signature line is misplaced. This particular template has over 10 pages, each having a signature line and for all the pages the signature is off to the side and very small, where the template shows the signature blocks were placed directly on the appropriate lines. Please advise

Hi intake_3475,

Thank you for sharing the PDF. Please confirm if it used to work fine before.

If you are sending this document for the first time, please ensure you have added the signature field. If you do not add the field, it will automatically be added at the end of the page.

If that is not the case, please share the template with us.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
