Hello,

 

Is there a way to only require a signature if a particular drop down is selected?  I only want a signature if someone selects a particular drop down selection.

As you are trying to add a signature field that may only appear if there is a drop-down selected, could you please share more details about the workflow?

How you will be sending the form? Are you creating a web form or you will be sending it individually?

The document created is a webform. Once the individual completes the form,
it will then go to a faculty member for signature, then the form is
completed. However, if an individual selects from a particular drop down,
I will like for an additional staff sign off on it. I don't want every
single form to be routed to this individual.

The form will be posted as a link as a webform.
