Signatures disappearing when i upload document to BOX

I am experiencing an issue where signatures that are created and placed in adobe are not visible on the dropbox version of the document, despite dropbox showing there is a new version of the document. However if you click "download a copy" the signatures are visible.
This happens every couple of months and is becoming a major problem for our business. Is there a solution to this issue?

Sorry the programs we user are both Adobe fill & sign and adobe reader

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, the sign disappears on the document you upload to dropbox.

Could you please share the exact workflow you do? It would be helpful if you can share the video capturing the same.

Also, let us know both the application version and the OS on the device.

Document is downloaded from BOX to Adober reader or fill & sign by our 1st servic etechnician using ipad
Documnet is opened and signed
Documnet is then uploaded to BOX with signature of 1st person
Second technician then comes and downloads document to his ipad and signs it then uploads its back to BOX
When i try and view the documnet from the desktop i cannot see the signatures however if you click "download a copy" the signatures are visible
