Signer unable to complete and submit the Adobe sign document

Hi,

We recently sent out a form to be completed by few applicants. Most users did not have any problem completing it. However few users are able to complete the form but not able to submit. It always says 1 field remaining and points to the signature fiels though they have signed it. Can someone please help me with this.

Hi Priya and Scott,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Please ask the signer to use the alternate browser or the new incognito window in the Chrome browser to sign the document. Check if they experience the same behavior.

If the signer still not able to submit the form and receive the message, please ask the signers if they can share the screenshot or a small video recording of the issue occurring at their end. It will help us to understand the issue.

I am also having a similar issue. I am told that there are still multiple formfields needed. The "Here" points to where they should be, but there is nothing there. It is suspicious that there are a total of 10 visible formfields (only one Signer though). Is this a limitation?
