    Hi Andrest,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have checked the account and it seems to be working fine.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please create a support case or contact the support team directly.

Please refer the steps mentioned below to create the support ticket:

    • Login your adobe sign account directly via https://secure.echosign.com/public/login
    • Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.
    • It will re-direct you to the page where you will find the option to create a support ticket or chat.

Let us know if you need any help.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi

I'm having the same issue. I open a document from an e-mail, it shows that I am not signed in, even though I am. I click to sign in and it asks me to sign in again. I sign in again and it puts me in my Acrobat Dashboard and now I can't see my document anymore. I need to go open it from my e-mail again.

I open the document from the e-mail and it shows that I am not signed in. This makes it impossible for me to save my document in my account.

I had the same situation last week.  I created a support case with Adobe.  We unistalled everything that had to do woth Adobe manually and one of the techs checked/tweeked my computer's registry and other stuff and the problem resolved.

This appears to be a recurring issue with other users (including myself).  Can you post potential solutions?

    Hi PS915_Erin,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please ensure you are signed in with the same email address on which you received the document for signature. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Open the document in an alternate browser or a new incognito window on Chrome.

If that is not the case, share the screen recording of how you try to open the document to sign and what happens. We will check this behavior.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
