Signing a document at the counter upon joining

Is it possible to prepare the document and have the client sign it in digitally at my counter at the time they join, rather than emailing it to them? I want to be able to have the document already digital so I can simply save it to their online profile. Sometimes, I do need to email it to them - if they join online for instance. But I'd like to be able to have the people who join at our school, to be able to sign the enrollment form and safety waivers digitally right then and there.

You can use the In-Person Signing workflow using the Adobe Sign app. on the mobile device (Android or iOS) to get the documents Signed electronically at your counter without emailing it to them to Sign the document.
