Stop reminders on cancelled agreement

I cancelled an agreement after one party signed it. The second party is getting daily reminders to sign the agreement, even though it has been cancelled. How do we fix this?

    Please use the steps to cancel the reminder provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/fedramp/user/cancel-reminder.html. Also, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the time log when you canceled the document and the second recipient received the reminders? 

    It will help us to investigate the issue here.
