I'm trying to access my new Adobe Sign developer account and have received the "Welcome to Adobe Sign - please confirm your email address" email. When I click the link to active my account I get taken to the web page saying Verification Required, which is strange as I click the link to activate my account from the verification email that I just received:
I've tried many times over the past week to active my account and have resent the verification email, but no matter what I try (deleting cookies, incognito mode etc) I still can't get past this web page.
Help!

Sorry for the delay in response.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue in accessing the account.
If yes, did tou try using alternate browser?
Let us know if the issue is already resolved.

Hi,
I've just tried again using a different browser and incognito mode and still having the same issue. I get a new Email Verification email, click the link which then takes me to a page saying Verification Required. I go round in circles until I give up.
I had tried to setup 2 developer accounts with different email addresses. One was successful but the other is stuck in an email verification loop. I couldn't login to the community to reply to this so am using my other account.

I'm having the same issue.
Newly creates sign account, doesn't work. The email verification is received, but when clicking the link I end up with a need verification page, like above.
It is not possible to resend the email.

That's because Jesper has hacked my personal account and all of the information provided is mine. It's really a shame how thoughtless this is and the security of someone's credentials by posting to a community for help. This needs to be addressed immediately. I already have an attorney.
