Switching from Adobe Sign to Acrobat DC PRO

I was working on Adobe Sign for my company. 
We switched to Creative Cloud. 
I can no longer use Adobe Sign but only Acrobat DC. 
Everything is the same but I have a problem.
 I cannot create a template in my library but cannot find the library on Acrobat DC. 

How to do ?
