Hello, when sending a PDF for signatures the format has changed. The text that displays on my PDF fits and is visable in each text box that I am using but when I send for signatorys, some of the text in the boxes is no longer visable. I have ticked multi line.
This has only changed this week.
How do I ensure that all text is visable for the signer to view?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.
As mentioned, the text disappears when sending the document for signature. Is it the text in the PDF or the text in the form fields? Do you mean the text disappears when you upload the PDF to Acrobat Sign or when the recipient receives the document for signature?
Please share the complete workflow you do to send the document and the screenshots or screen recording of the issue. We will get this checked.
